Keep up the good work! Your doing awesome, main thing is to stick with it. When you do have a bad carb day (which you will every now and then) the trick is to get right back on track with the next meal.
Weight loss and body changes come very quickly at first, you just have to remember that even when you hit that goal weight your body may still be healing and repairing from years of poor food and lack of exercise (bodily abuse). In a few months you will feel like a totally new person if you don't already. I look forward to the before and after pictures!
