Thanks for the debrief rob, I in a similar situation eating clean 80-90 percent of the time but eat too much dairy, cheese, milk butter, cream and too many nuts and fruit, I love fruit and can easily eat 2-3 banannas, apples mandirnes etc a day and pig out on stone fruit in season.

Anyway trying to limit the fruit to an apple a day for the next month and exercise each day is my goal for this month and no dairy
