    Slept 8 hours, most of it good sleep. Trying to get moving today, as I cover the clinic. I really enjoy not having to go in every day and struggle to get moving on back to back days! Fish for dinner (Friday in Lent). Probably Greek yogurt for lunch - don't feel like packing anything so will grab and go. Okay, off to get ready.

    Went to bunko with the girls last night. Got home late. Slept about 6 hours - fairly good sleep. Up, rubbed down pork belly with spices, have to pick up veggie box, and then will meet stats buddy on Skype to try and catch up on homework that I've been putting off. Got some other paperwork stuff to do also. DH is working a double, so was up and gone at 0500 and won't be home until 1130 tonight. While that's hard on him, it will help me get a lot done today and he's off Sunday and Monday.

    Got my veggie/fruit box. Sweet potatoes, asparagus, celery, carrots, radishes, grapes, watermelon, avacado, apples, onion, lemon, fresh dill, fresh rosemary, spinach, spring green mix, and bananas. Now I have to figure out how to use everything!

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
    Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
    Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
    Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

    There is one that offers half boxes, but I have found them to be too difficult to deal with - poor accounting, losing checks, etc. It's too bad because they have great stuff. Also, I have a little bitty tiny freezer, and that is limiting.
