Slept almost 8 hours last night. Woke up with upset tummy - note to self carrot cake is not your friend! So I IFd approximately 18 hours. Pork chop was good. Set out what I think is either spaghetti sauce or chili for tomorrow (I'm not always great with labels). Will weigh in the morning and will be following LCHF for the next few weeks. I'm aiming for a minimum of 2 pounds a week and will be thrilled if I hit more.

I figure either way - cheese omelet with mystery stuffing/sauce. DS was like "omelet?" -so I will continue to use up the rice on him. I know, I'm a bad mother, but he won't give up grains, so I might as well let him eat whats left.

Slept about 7 hours. Just got back from radiologist. It was not door number 3 - we don't have to worry about it. I've got a call to MD Anderson for an appointment as it is either door number 1 cancer or door number 2 pre-cancer. Either way it has to come out.

One container was chili. I had a bowl with sour cream. Other was spaghetti sauce. DS had over rice. Tomorrow I'm doing a pork stirfry. Wednesday will do slow cooker, as I don't know what I will feel like when I get home.
