Slept great. First day of Lent, so today is meatless. I'm going to make a veggie frittata with some salmon in it. I don't care for salmon as its too fishy tasting, but think it will work well in the frittata as long as I don't put too much in. Will add some cream cheese for richness, peppers, poblanos, mushroom and will broil some asparagus to serve alongside.
