Primal helps in that I'm not so exhausted. Sometimes it makes life frustrating when food is provided at functions. I've started saying I'm gluten and grain sensitive, but the grain part really throws people. For some reason they eliminate all protein! I have to admit I get regular massages when I'm home I've got a deal set up for a discount if I go every other week. I carry my stress in the shoulders and lower back. I can really tell when I've not been getting my massage regularly - its my indulgence and me time.
Night clinic was okay last night. I saw 7, nothing difficult. I'm back there Friday. Hoping my luck holds out. I like to be steady - not crazy busy.
Today I've got my massage, then off to the university. Getting summer classes graded to post grades next week and fall classes ready to start in three weeks. I really need to start the paper I've got due Sunday - lousy directions from the instructor so I'm avoiding it.
5 hours of sleep last night. Had a lovely salpicon last night for dinner (shredded spicy meat, lettuce, onion, chili, avocado). Probably a protein shake today since I've got class.
