LOL Kathi! I've been living in a hotel since Monday. Last night (Thursday) I scouted the hallway machines for cookies--I haven't had any grain products for months! All they had in the machines was soda, which I've never liked, so I was saved from transgression.
Later on that evening I reviewed what I'd eaten all day, and realized I hadn't had much fat. So I microwaved a couple slices of bacon and felt fine afterward. Had my usual bacon and eggs for breakfast today and easily resisted the donuts and bagels that the facilitators brought in for our group.
You make your choices, and you live with them. In the end, you are those choices.
