Trip to EP was uneventful. The hotel even had my room ready for me at 0930! On the floor I prefer and with a fridge. I was able to get into the club lounge before it closed and stock up on water and club soda (my new obsession). Didn't do a lot at the university yesterday, handed out christmas cards with gift cards in them, got caught up, basically made it known I was in town. Took my regalia to a tailor to have a zippered pocket put in for my phone, keys, etc. because you can carry a purse. Stopped at Sprouts and got some greek yogurt, lunch meat, cheese. Dropped everything off at the hotel and walked across the street to my favorite steakhouse. Prime rib, salad, and a splurge baked potato were my eats for the day. Slept good. Issues getting on the internet, but luckily my MacBook can do wordprocessing as well as apple and I could get on in Word. Time to shower and get started (a bit later than usual as my 1st class agreed to a 10am start instead of 8).

Class went well. Had dinner at the hotel - BBQ sandwhich without the bun, napa cabbage salad and dinner salad with blue cheese. Tomorrow I've got to work on the stats final, have a meeting with a faculty who teaches with me, paperwork, and the night clinic.

Slept about 5 hours and then up. Have done some busy work, little things that needed completing. I've got to get up for real in 2 1/2 hours, so may try reading a chapter and see if that winds me down. It's the hotel room, by the time I get used to it, I'm checking out and on my way home. Busy week ahead - need to learn to sleep!

Today, started working on stats final and low and behold the wrong data set was attached. Emailed instructor and am waiting for an answer. So I worked on other stuff scheduled for tomorrow. Met with my content expert - very productive meeting. I really feel like we are on track. Did some grading. Had breakfast for dinner and am getting ready to go over to the night clinic. I'm hoping we are not too busy.

Sounds like you had a good trip. How is the recovery from the cold going?
