    Clinic was not bad. Tomorrow I've got a series of small tasks to complete. Need to work on stats final. Leftovers for dinner. Marinated London broil for dinner tomorrow and more squash.

    Slept great. It's dreary here - would love to crawl back in the bed, but I can't. Alarm workman coming at 9 (3 break-ins our neighborhood last month), stats final (I need to at least do an hour or so working on it) , try on clothes so I know what to pack (since my last trip I've lost almost 3 inches in my waist and 2 cup sizes, but weigh the same) , finish wrapping gifts to pack, two student calls, cook London broil and squash, and here's where you will feel sorry for me, NOT - a 90 minute massage (with the therapist who relaxes me like a cooked noodle) . DH goes to work, so should get everything done. I think I will leave the bank deposit for him to do Friday after he takes me to the airport (I hope to get paid at the clinic tomorrow). Okay off to start my day, wishing everyone a great day and primal eating!

    London broil turned out great. You could taste the ginger and lime. Made the squash the same way - just as good this time. Packed lunch for tomorrow. All errands run, massage put me to sleep. Ready for clinic and packing tomorrow.

    With a bit of garlic, salt, pepper. I let it marinate several days - I just didn't get around to cooking it. DS guessed lime and ginger right off.

    5'2", 55 years, Primal since April. Pre-Primal weight loss, from 216.6 to 157.8
    Primal low: 140.2 (Dec. 3) Goal weight: 135?
    Main Primal goal: beating back my CFS enough to function more normally and start writing again

    Woke up without a voice. Staying home from clinic. Pushing hot tea with honey and lemon. Considering how many folks have been sick in the forum, I think we are sharing long distance! going to try and rest. Hope I feel better tomorrow as I travel.

    I think you're right about the muscles. So sorry to hear about your throat. Mine has been dragging on for ages. It's not bad in the day-time anymore, but it is bothering me at night and first thing in the morning. It hurts almost all the way down my tongue. Blech. Take good care of yourself.
