Slept great until the girls decided they needed to go out - they just don't get the whole DST thing! Went back to bed (no I'm not feeding you yet, get your nose out of my face) and attempted to doze with two dogs watching me and DH snoring next to me. Finally gave up, everyone's up and fed. Weight unchanged. I'm having CWCC and catching up. Then it's shower and pack time. DH is dropping me off at the airport on his way to work, so I will be there for about 3 hours. Fortunately there is a decent place to eat that is fanatical about food allergies (they ask when I say no bun, then the manager comes over to double check). So I will eat there (too bad I can't get their breakfast, they give me extra bacon and eggs to make up for no toast) and sip iced tea and read while I kill time. 2 hour flight, rental car, bags, drive to friend's house, unpack, get ready for 3 days of curriculum revision meetings (8-6 ). A day to catch up, then site visit, meeting, interviews. I've got 16 applicants to my programs to interview! I'm working 2 shifts at the night clinic and have a student one shift (6-midnight). Meeting sons 1,3,4 and their SOs for dinner one night. Oh, and I've got to finish a paper (hopefully 3) during my "free time." Another jam packed trip.

That's probably why I have days that I just do nothing when I can! I'm also not cutting down and carrying 100s of pounds of banana plants!

Did not sleep well last night. Up at 0530 and off to meetings at 0700. Mushroom and cheese omelet before leaving with coffee. Meeting ran straight thru until 3pm. Snacked on cheese, grapes, strawberries, Greek yogurt. Eggplant parm for lunch. Salad with chicken for dinner. Worked on various projects from 3-630. Watching DWTS and catching up.

Slept great last night. Finished up a long 3 days of curriculum revision meetings. Eating great. Need to push more water as I'm feeling swollen.

Slept 11 hours - I was tired. Up, showered, ate omelet with cheese and chicken. Drinking coffee. Gearing up to spread out and get paper written. Have to be across town for night clinic at 6 tonight and we will run probably until close to midnight.

Update: Paper written and turned in. Two hours to relax, then I need to get ready for the night clinic.
