    Slept 7 1/2 hours, 3 3/4 deep, asleep in 11, woke x 3.

Today is CSA box day. Then grocery store. Then prep for cooking 16 dinners to freeze tomorrow.

    You're kickin' some academic booty!

As for the hair........... that just means it looked great with the side swoop too --- less noticeable when change isn't a big improvement over what you already had. Plus, most people just aren't that observant.

Did you have to take Psychology 101 (course you did!) Remember the experiment when the guy comes in the room and pulls some stunt like stealing the teachers purse or something. Then the classroom is asked to describe the guy and his clothing and say exactly what happened??? 50 people would give 50 different accounts, all slightly different, some totally different. Observation isn't our strong suit.

That's why eye witness accounts are not best evidence of crime.

CSA box picked up and put away. Groceries bought. Fridge is positively bursting full. Tomorrow I will cook or assemble ready to cook approximately 16 meals. Between the frozen supply on work days and cooking on home days, I have enough planned for 21 meals plus some frozen to roll over into the next planning cycle. I really like Once A Month Meals | Freezer Cooking | Once A Month Cooking they have a paleo menu and with the menu builder you can swap meals out, get a comprehensive grocery list, prep instructions, cooking day step by step instructions, and can increase or decrease servings each meal makes.

I've got slow cooker cashew pork makings in sauce x 2 4lb zip lock bags, mustard pork chops in sauce x 2 4lb zip lock bags, and sausage egg bake squares x 24 wrapped and zip locked all in the freezer. All paleo. I probably have about 2 hours tomorrow to finish up.

Went ahead and baked a batch of paleo muffins - coconut flour, applesauce, coconut and other essential baking things.

Slept 6 hours, 3 deep, asleep in 16 minutes, woke x 1. Tired, but my own fault as I went to bed after midnight.

Today I will finish up my cooking and freezing. Dinner is shrimp sautéed with garlic and homemade red sauce over rice and a salad. Something easy!

Added marinated steak, chicken salad, slow cooker Mongolian beef, a hamburger chop suy type thing, bacon wrapped hamburgers, and meatballs in sauce to my freezer today. I also just realized other than 2 cups of coffee with almond milk and an unsweetened ice tea if not eaten for 21 hours. Just now started getting hungry. I think that's the longest I've done an IF.

Got the sauce all ready to add shrimp too. Just need to make the rice and dinner is ready.

DH was called out for the ice bucket challenge. He did it this morning not just because of the challenge, but because of my aunt who died this year from ALS.

Even back before I had any gray, I'd occasionally do my hair blue-black. My hair is dark brown, so it's not drastic, but I love it that color. Whenever I did it, almost every woman noticed at least at the "is your hair different?" level. Men never noticed/notice. The good news about that is that they generally don't notice a few extra pounds either, whereas my girlfriends also noticed those.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.
