    Steady at the clinic. Less wheezing more strep! Having tilapia crusted with coconut, baked sweet potato, cucumber for dinner. Watching the voice - usually don't do reality shows, but for some reason I like this one. Clinic tomorrow. Will have the same lunch as it was tasty. May do a chicken, onion, pepper scramble tomorrow for dinner.

    Breakfast of coffe and almond milk that I almost aspirated reading Tomi's journal this morning (Oompa Loompa, snicker ). Had two egg casserole things with sour cream - not sure why, but I've been craving sour cream. Well got to get to the clinic - hope its doable today!

    Afternoon was slow so I was able to leave before traffic hit. Stopped and picked up some mushrooms and poblanos to add to the chicken hash and some queso fresco to crumble on top. Will roast some Brussels sprouts too.

    Okay --- brussel sprouts have been calling me. Can you really make them taste good? The smell is awful I think and to be honest I don't think I have ever tried to eat one. So, can I roast them just the same as any other veggie? Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper, throw on a little garlic and roast??? I need a new veggie option. ............ thanks.

    Cut end off and half toss with Olive or oconut oil, salt, pepper. Oven 15 minutes 400, toss, 15 minutes more. Squeeze a full lemon over them and put rinds on them. Cook 20 minutes more. Taste for more lemon or salt. Serve.

    So with all the goal setting and excercise going on in Siobhan and Tomi's lives, I feel like a slug. Could it be that my failure to move Q past a certain point is due to ****drum roll, please**** my not excercising? I know stupid question, but sometimes I've got to be hit on the head to see what's right in front of me. I'm going to go back and look at PB and the 21 day challenge and set some realistic short term goals. I'm going to try and make it about health and feeling good, not Q. So being the type AAA that I am, I just scheduled goal setting in my calendar! Really, one of these days I would like to get up and have nothing that I've got to do.....

    Other than paying bills and balancing the check book, I've been very lazy today. I put some grass fed pork chops out to thaw for dinner. That and some Brussels and may be a sweet potato will round out the meal. I plan on walking with Latte and Juliet about 5, at least around the neiborhood. While its getting "cooler" it's still 90s today and by then will be mid 80s.

    Clinic today. Have no idea what dinner will be. Leftover chicken hash with left over Brussels and cheese for lunch. Green tea with pomegranate to drink.

    Now I know why I was so tired yesterday and this morning - rotten kids from Monday got me sick - I tested + for strep. Home, pushing fluids, antibiotics. Supposed to have big date with DH tomorrow, of course.
