Thanks Siobhan, I've got mushrooms cooking in butter, zucchini with Parmesan cheese in the oven and baked some potatoes to load with butter and sour cream (I look at them as a vehicle and would be happy with just the skin). I will grill the flak steak that's been marinating for two days when I get home from the vet. I'd take the cats, but Juliet is difficult enough by herself. I got blueberries, strawberries, grapes, watermelon, and honeydew to cube and toss with lime juice and poppy seeds for tomorrow. The makings for guacamole (I've discovered sweet potato chips ) and German potato salad. Both to take tomorrow.
