    Got 8+ hours of sleep light>deep. Have about an hour to kill before I've got to get ready yo go teach 8 hours of class. Actually I will be listening to student presentations, so grading for 8 hours. Was going to eat a big breakfast, but I'm not feeling it so will take two packets of gluten free protein powder and some via sticks to class with me. I like to turn them into coffee shakes! I've got a banana too.

    Got in a nap so I got almost 8 hours of sleep, but a full hour more of deep than light . Never got to breakfast. Have a couple of hours and then I need to get ready for night clinic. It should be fun - I've got two of my graduating PNPs with me tonight.

    Clinic was good got done early. Slept okay deep>light. Went to early meeting and wrapped stuff up. Back to hotel, packed, power nap, now at airport waiting for flight.
