Slept a bit over 6 hours deep>light. Up at 0500-DH left for work then. I've had coffee, balanced the check book, paid bills, and submitted my research package for review and hopeful approval. Need to run some errands (bank, shipping place, Target) and have a hair appointment later today. Dinner will be pork steaks, zucchini - "breaded" and oven roasted, and German potato salad.

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

Slept a bit over 8 hours. Coffee - can I wean to tea to stop cream next week? Doing laundry - two small loads. Need to work on my office, do some type of activity, and pack today. Flight leaves a bit before 0900 tomorrow. Making meatloaf, avacado & cherry tomato salad, and potato something for dinner. Generator guy is here doing annual maintenance on our natural gas generator since its hurricane season.

Didn't sleep well. Got up and repacked about 0200. Flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to weather. In Provo, tired, looking forward to a good meal.

The chef made me a chicken piccata and sautéed veggies with butter. It was too much food. I feel stuffed and I only ate 1/4 of the veggies.

Lunch was Greek yogurt and a protein shake. Dinner salad with steak, blue cheese, yellow & white cheese, bacon, and onion. It was okay, nothing special. Picked up some melon and pineapple from lounge for "dessert".
