Such CUTE fuzzy kids! And yes, they ARE smiling. Our fuzzy kids smile too!

We rescue Golden Retrievers, my avatar is our latest. We got him when he was 2, and I think he was just neglected, not actively abused. We've had him 4 years now, and he still has moments of insecurity--and he is very reassured by routine. He also rarely barks. He'll give a single bark maybe once a week when he really wants the cat to play with him. Of course, this does the opposite of what he wants, as the cat is old and crotchety!

Kathi, I do a lot of lurking and not much posting. I'm here, just (mostly) invisible!

Totally lazy today. Rescheduled everything and just read, surfed the Internet, watched tv or napped all day.

Dinner was good. Had ice cream afterwards. Got my Barre3 ball and a nice thick yoga mat, so hope to start Barre3 tomorrow.

The doggies are so beautiful! What faces!

Let me know how you like the Barre3, I keep thinking about it, but I'm afraid of starting something that I won't stick with.

I did a Barre class a few months ago when they brought it into the yoga studio I visit. Despite not looking like a strenuous workout, it really is. I felt it a LOT the next day, and maybe even the day after. Worthy of a try for sure. I haven't done it again, as I prefer the gym, but it was a good bit of variety, and I can see that it could get good results with regular workouts.

Will do, but figure the $15/ month that can be stopped any time is better than a gym membership!

Slept a bit over 8 hours light>deep . Drinking coffee, getting caught up - boy everyone was writing early or very late! Need to get in the shower, pay bills - can't put off anymore. Thinking fish and zucchini for dinner. The afternoon will be spent getting a massage, mani/pedi, and facial. I'm really looking forward to the massage. While I'm gone, the housekeeper will come, so the house will be clean. I know - I'm spoiled, but I work hard and the spa is my down time (no phone) and I just don't have time to do more than pick up, so Martha is a necessity. I'm good at justification anyways. Tomorrow back to school work.
