    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
    Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
    Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
    Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

    Slept about 6 hours of restless sleep. You would think I would sleep better with the stress off, go figure. Took the day off from the clinic. Will be meeting my stats buddy on Skype after she teaches her late morning class. She is sending the data input on the last question due today and I will run the analysis and start on the stats final. Oh and pay bills all before we meet. It's clean out the fridge night. There are bits of this and that in there and I don't want to cook until they are gone.

    Finished stats due today and turned it in. Made a huge dent in stats final. Paid bills. Very productive day.

    I'm really glad to hear everything came out fine, Kathi! And sometimes it does take a little time (and change of scenery) to de-stress.
