Stop giving advice to anyone, anywhere, at any time about anything health related.
Step two: Eat primal AND Exercise. Movement is life my friend. Proprioceptive feedback to the brain has as much if not MORE impact on hormonal balance as what you put in your body (google it if you don't believe me).
Step three: Don't post for three months while your doing step 2
Step four: Happily eat crow when you come back to post
Oh, and in general no I don't agree with you. Just cause you meat macro and micro goals doesn't mean you can eat dog shit to the level of caloric load and live happily.

Why Exercise Won't Make You Thin - TIME
Anyway, not too long ago I was doing jiu jitsu 3-4 times a week for 2 hours at a time. The practices were pretty serious as a couple of the guys running it have fought in the ufc and are career fighters. After a month and a half my endurance improved tremendously but I didn't lose any weight...in fact I think I gained a little weight. Weight has a lot more to do with diet than exercise. The research shows that exercise doesn't really seem to help in losing weight, though it does help to maintain a healthy weight once you are there. It is ALL about diet.

In a non-trolling suggestion, work out anyway. 10 years ago I was morbidly obese...2 liter of Mountain Dew and footlong Subway Sub a day obese. Any time you have a lot of weight to lose, it takes time. Any time it takes time, it's hard on the body. You can only be in a calorie deficit for so long before you begin to risk losing muscle mass. I lost roughly 130lbs. I also did thyroid damage and lost a ton of muscle mass. I was way over the top with everything.
You still need to work out. Walk 30 minutes a day. Lift weights for 15 minutes a day once or twice a week. You don't have to be Johnny Steel in the gym, just do something. Diet only takes you so far. Can you lose with just diet alone? Absolutely, but I promise you won't just be losing body fat.
