    Today was the day of my restart (had to throw heavy stuff around the whole weekend so i decided to restart rather than to work out more

    Classic Push-Ups 70
    Let me Ins 58
    Seated Dips 60
    Let me Ups 36

    The let me ups were killing me today. hope this gets better.

    I've done the basic workout and am half way through the first class program for the second time and let me ups still kill me

    Wait untill you try the master level guys, it's evil, but good, the stappers leave me done right in! I cycle weeks seven to ten with a recovery week every fifth week, at the moment.

    What level of strength/fitness you've got to be in to do the elite I can't begin to fathom!!

    There is another app that I've downloaded called FitFu. It's more basic than YAYOG but still a good starting point.
