Hi, I don't mean to appear lazy, I have looked this up but I am a bit confused by competing information and I am trialling a new app to get a feel for what I am eating and it occurs to me the information is pretty much useless unless I know what I should be aiming for.
In terms of calories and percentage fat, protein and carbs.
I am 5 ft or 150 cm and 200 lb or 91 kg.
Gosh, it feels bad to "say" that out loud.

Small Kine-168/9%
Now- 200/8%
Goal- 210/6%
I think the usual calculators would apply so your BMR is 1624 and calories to lose weight should be less than 2000
I would eat clean and aim for low carb but not worry too much about trying to get precise figures with macronutrient ratios
