    I think you're confusing MDA with bodybuilding.com. Broscience is all about using the carbs to feed the muscle tissue, then getting shredded (often by using MCT oil or coconut oil and cutting the carbs back out).

    Some people find it much easier to overeat (aka harder NOT to overeat) when their carbohydrate intake is high. Many, many people.

    I've managed to put on almost 20 pounds in about 6 months while eating primally. One of the easiest hacks was to make my morning cup of coffee bulletproof (2 tbls butter, 1 tbls coconut oil, 2 cups of black coffee all blended together).
