dinner 12oz ny strip grilled grilled asparagus w/kerrygold, and a spinach salad w/ mushrooms crumbled bacon and cucumber little shredded parmesan and a tbsp of evoo.
snacks 5 tbsps of 1/2 and 1/2 in coffee, six star whey, casein protein shake, 1 non fat greek yogurt w/12 macadamia's and sugar free jello after dinner I know I know but i'm getting rid of it.

Play 1hr boxing class shadow box/ pads and mitts finish class 200 reps mixed abs.
