    Lesson learned!!

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
So, I'm pretty new to this. My friend brought me a copy of The Primal Blueprint about 3 weeks ago, up until last night I had gone 18 days strictly primal. Felt amazing, lost FOUR inches of my waist, and noticeably leaner ( maybe its the vibrams! ) oh and I also have more energy than I can handle. Went out to eat with friends last night and ate pretty much everything you're -not- supposed to have. Spent all day nauseous with a migraine unable to get off the couch. I was ill.

Another great thing ive experienced...suffered from chronic acid reflux for over a decade (im 27) and took rx meds for it daily. It's completely gone...kinda freaky...

Hi Abby. Lesson learned indeed. Just get back on track. No worries.

Hahaha. This made me laugh. Life's too short to worry so much about the occasional delicious treat.
