    Calories from fat, protein, carbs

    Any general guidance on what percent of our daily calories should come from various types of nutrients? My first PB day was 59% fat. Too much?

    The answer should be, and is - don't start off by obsessing over macronutrients - start off by eating real, whole foods(meat,veggies, etc.) and let the rest take care of itself. Try that for a while and if it doesn't work, THEN you can start to revisit macronutrient content.
