I ran a Tough Mudder on a banana and electrolytes, and I am not a runner.
I am partaking in my first warrior dash in two weeks in Earlham Iowa. For those who don't know, warrior dash is a ~3 mile run with 10 or so obstacles consisting of rope climbs, jumping over things, crawling etc. I plan on being semi-competitive. I am running the 10am heat and was hoping for some primal breakfast ideas, and when in relation to the heat should I eat.
My usual breakfast is coconut milk or eggs. Preparing breakfast might be a issue as I will probably be camping and won't have my usual complement of gear.
