    Went hiking in the Smokie Mountains this past weekend. It was kind of a light bulb moment for me. I had not realized how good of shape I have gotten into. Was just a three mile hike, but about 3/4's through as I was hiking up a grade, I realized that I was not huffing and a puffing. Not once did I have to stop to catch my breath. It was cool for me. Can't wait to get down to my goal and be in the best shape of my life. Decided I was going to start doing more hiking, I use to backpack all the time..... BTW, first time I used my VFF Treks on on the trail, loved em....

    Woot woot.... I am finally at a healthy body fat for a woman...... down to 25.5%. I am really jazzed. Started this at 39%. So currently I am at...

    285 lbs , 212.33 lean mass, 72.68 fat mass and a 15% goal weight of 249.79. Of course the goal weight is a changing target as the body comp changes. As I stated earlier, my ultimate goal is not a weight but to be below 15% body fat....

    Oh yeah, been kind of a wuss, and have been doing my kb swings with a 35lb bell, the 10,000 swings thread has inspired me to move up to my 50 lb bell, did 150 swings yesterday and my glutes are killing me....

    Because of the trip to the Smokies, I did not get to do my Viking Warrior Snatches last weekend. Did 20 minutes of snatches just now, going to feel it in my shoulders later...

    Hmm...I dunno. I've got a few kettlebells; a 15, 25 and I think it's a 50. It's about too heavy for me to do too much on. To just be honest with you, I really have no idea how to use them.

    Between now and September you can become an expert in kettlebell swings. Just google kettlebell swings and Steve Cotter, Steve will have you ready in no time.....

    Tim, after PM'ing you I found your log. Wow brother, you rock. I am trying to inspire some people I knwo to work out and get fit, and you and your kick ass attitude is the example I was looking for.
