I honestly think everybody should forget about yogurt. At least everybody new. Use sour cream (the kind with two ingredients: cream and culture) or creme fraiche (also two ingredients) instead. It promotes satiety so much better.

When I first started primal a few years back I focused on cutting out the "bad" foods, but eating the "good" foods whenever I wanted. Until I was completely weaned off of the crap, I started worrying more about specific meal times and how much I was eating

. It sounds as if you don't have a ton of weight to lose. I was in the same boat and this worked for me..... With that said though, everyone on this forum has a different approach! Do what works for you

those paleo-friendly baked goodies can be a downfall. lots of calories and very little satiety. i guess they can be ok every once in a while, but not a regular feature.

breakfast doesn't have to be "muffins" or eggs either. think outside the box.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
