    I honestly think everybody should forget about yogurt. At least everybody new. Use sour cream (the kind with two ingredients: cream and culture) or creme fraiche (also two ingredients) instead. It promotes satiety so much better.

    When I first started primal a few years back I focused on cutting out the "bad" foods, but eating the "good" foods whenever I wanted. Until I was completely weaned off of the crap, I started worrying more about specific meal times and how much I was eating

    . It sounds as if you don't have a ton of weight to lose. I was in the same boat and this worked for me..... With that said though, everyone on this forum has a different approach! Do what works for you

    those paleo-friendly baked goodies can be a downfall. lots of calories and very little satiety. i guess they can be ok every once in a while, but not a regular feature.

    breakfast doesn't have to be "muffins" or eggs either. think outside the box.
    i'd be a vegetarian if bacon grew on trees.
