When I first started primal a few years back I focused on cutting out the "bad" foods, but eating the "good" foods whenever I wanted. Until I was completely weaned off of the crap, I started worrying more about specific meal times and how much I was eating
. It sounds as if you don't have a ton of weight to lose. I was in the same boat and this worked for me..... With that said though, everyone on this forum has a different approach! Do what works for you![]()
