    Primal Rage Music?

You've had a bad day. You want to bash skulls. Instead, you play <insert band/song here>.

System of a Down, their first album - or actually any of them!

    Stompbox

    Audioslave

    Hot Water Music + 10

Marilyn Manson - yes, I'm old

    Foo Fighters

    Similar stuff to that.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I met System of a Down of their first Ozzfest, side stage, working for Hot Topic (Jesus!), and pumped my lunchbox to Manson in the 90s at shows. Yep, we're old. Rage on, friend/fiend!

Not a big fan of pre-Howard Killswitch, but Howard is the man.

The first time i cleaned the house with my husband, I suggested we put on some music to make the experience more fun. He chose Slipknot. That's when I learned how much he hated to clean...

However, my first choice would probably be L7.
