    Grumpycakes is right. And yet...still...here I am, an overstressed modern human out of touch with nature and my own humanity. I can fucking snap (yeah, ok, I probably won't because I'm so fucking polite) or I can blow off some steam listening to death metal Yeah, yeah, blow off the steam sprinting and lifting heavy stuff...I do that too.

    But this raises a (mostly unrelated) question: What is the spread - in terms of musical tastes - amongst the Primal crowd?

    Went Primal July 25th, 2011.

    Current Age: 24

    Total Loss: 126 lbs

    Starting Stats: Weighed 266 lbs, Body Fat 37.6% (100 lbs), BMI 40.9

    Current Stats: Weight 140 lbs, Body Fat 15.2% (21.1 lbs), BMI 21.2

    Current Goals: Do 20 pullups in a row (currently at 13), continue developing upper body strength, and being as Primal as I can be.

    The first time i cleaned the house with my husband, I suggested we put on some music to make the experience more fun. He chose Slipknot. That's when I learned how much he hated to clean...

    However, my first choice would probably be L7.

    But this one just does me in.
