Grumpycakes is right. And yet...still...here I am, an overstressed modern human out of touch with nature and my own humanity. I can fucking snap (yeah, ok, I probably won't because I'm so fucking polite) or I can blow off some steam listening to death metal Yeah, yeah, blow off the steam sprinting and lifting heavy stuff...I do that too.

But this raises a (mostly unrelated) question: What is the spread - in terms of musical tastes - amongst the Primal crowd?
    Not important, just curious.

The first time i cleaned the house with my husband, I suggested we put on some music to make the experience more fun. He chose Slipknot. That's when I learned how much he hated to clean...

However, my first choice would probably be L7.

Any of these albums propel me into pure, red rage in the right conditions (right conditions: I'm awake... and that's about it).

Watchmaker-Erased From The Memory Of Man
    Pig Destroyer-Prowler In The Yard
Circle Of Dead Children-Human Harvest or Zero Comfort Margin
    Darkthrone-Panzerfaust
    Goatwhore-Eclipse Of Ages Into Black
    Embalmer-There Was Blood Everywhere
Peak weight on Standard American Diet: 316.8 lbs
Initial Weight When Starting Primal: 275 lbs
    Current weight: 210.8 lbs
Goal weight: 220 lbs (or less): MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

Slipknot Vol 3: The Subliminal Verses.
Yeah I got the other Slip albums too and other artist that are great...
But this one just does me in.
The way it's laid out is perfect...
It ramps me up and drags me down and by the end my rage is a quivering ball of Jelly, and then, sometimes, I start it over again...

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

    Just about any Norse metal.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
