F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
people used to ask me as a vegan if i would breastfeed my kids because that's dairy. UM NO. it isnt.
as for eggs being dairy....i think i may have heard that a few times. maybe its just an easier category to lump it in??? who knows
oh, and if i hear dieters say" "I HAVENT EATEN A CARB IN WEEKS!!!" i'm going to scream. VEGETABLES ARE CARBSSS
and i think people are just a little ignorant on the food groups and such, which reminds me of:

Because, in their infinite wisdom, the original USDA food guidelines lumped eggs and dairy into the same group as part of the 4 food groups. Since then, most people just assumed that eggs were dairy because the gov'ment said so.
People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.
It's like people who don't think chicken or fish are meat. Catholic church, I'm talking to YOU.
Yeah, I want to know how fish isn't meat. Pescatarians, you're eating animals. Get over it. And have some red meat.![]()

Pescatarians tend to avoid eating mammals due to empathy.
Also there's very little transfer of viruses from fish to mammals. Hence monoculture poses less of a problem to human health on that score where farming is concerned.
