(So please forgive the strange way I tend to express myself in your beautiful language)
I don't calculate anything. I eat fatty meat, organs, eggs, and drink raw milk till I'm full and use veggies as a condiment. Sometimes some sweet tator or sushi to switch things up.
Do you mean calculate or do you mean keep track...for a little while.
I kept track of what I ate for about 6 weeks, or something, so that I would have a real good idea of what this kind of eating looks like, but now I do what Daydreamer and Neckhammer do.

To all the other posters that stated they don't track, that was a huge benefit to the OP. WTF is with people on these boards. If you don't have anything constructive to add to the thread, DON'T POST IN THE DAMN THREAD. Nobody cares that you track or don't track. All it causes is clutter to read through.

I use myfitnesspal. Its an app on android or iphone appstore and also just in a regular browser. i like watching my caloric intake and carb/protein/fat counts.
i just switched over to cronometer and LOVE it. i am a data geek and that lets me nerd out BIG TIME.
i'd be a vegetarian if bacon grew on trees.
I really like SparkPeople. They even have a paleo sub group on their forum.
