I decided I should create an account so I can ask more specific questions to all you knowledgeable people in the PB community. I've been a 90-10 PB follower for the past nine months and subsequently have lost 45 lbs of body fat and have made significant strength gains -- all while having waaaaay more energy, no ridiculous sugar/candy cravings, and an overall improved lifestyle.

I just bought the Journal this morning and I'm hoping that will be the next step in my process of finally get rid of my (albeit MUCH smaller) 'spare tire' of love handles/belly fat. I look forward to (hopefully) contributing to conversations in the future!
