Get a home foldable sauna and sweat it out. They are inexpensive and can be effective.
I agree that if your water retention is being caused by medication, ultimately lasting relief will likely only come from stopping the medication, and anything else you do will be a short-term fix.
However, I do want to suggest one thing that may or may not help. I've been taking cold showers/ice baths/spot icing with ice packs, and I've experienced a noticeable reduction in inflammation (and also water retention, I think.) I remember reading in a book years ago that when the body is faced with cold temperatures, it reacts by trying to dispell as much water as possible, to avoid potential cellualr damage. This is why it's common that many people often have to pee shortly after going outside during winter. If you don't know anything cold thermogenesis, I'd recommend reading through the long "COLD WATER' thread here on MDA, and maybe googling 'water retention' and 'cold showers' or 'cold thermogenesis'.

I have a nice steam shower and I have never used it. I was thinking maybe in conjunction with CT? But I am just not big on showers.

Daydreamer, there is nothing nutritionally that is going to help w this protocol for test. Taking that much t once every 3 weeks is going to cause way too much estrogen conversion, which is giving you the swollen feeling. You should be injecting weekly to minimize side effects, still may need an anti estrogen. Your doc is not helping you here.
To clarify, reduce dosage and administer weekly. Most peeps do 100 mg a week.
That's probably just your body deflating from caloric restriction. You would have a similar effect by doing depletion workouts. Think:
6X15 benchpress at light weight
6X15 shoulder press at light weight
6X15 leg press at light weight
6X15 lateral raise at light weight
6X15 leg extension at light weight
6X15 seated leg curls at light weight
6X15 curls at light weight
Eat 1,000 calories that day with <50g carbs, then repeat the next day the exercises and calories.
You'll drop around 8-10 lbs.
I used to do it all the time and change my weight ~12 lbs in 3-4 days doing that crap. If it burns like hell, it's burning glycogen, and if you're keeping fat AND carbs very low with a massive calorie deficit, you'll burn through tons of water weight. But it is MISERABLE.

Drink distilled water only for a few days. You could also try drinking something with natural electolites like coconut water which is higher in potassium and magnesium as well as calcium. That might help to get rid of salt retention. Stay away from the artificial sweeteners. They are toxic to you.
