How is the daily average caloric deficit calculated?
Ken's is 932 calories (4th bullet on page 229) and Kelly's is 894 (4th bullet on page 232). It's unclear to me where those numbers come from.
I'm a bit of an analytic type, and am creating a spreadsheet to automate the macronutrient calculations on pages 228-232 of the hard copy edition of "The PB".
Everything else is clear.
