Already posted in this thread, but I have to agree with this sentiment as well. Tried it, it worked. It's the most nutritionally rich and complete way of eating I've ever met. It will prevent almost all nutritional deficiencies. It cured my: Gas, skin boils, tooth decay, bloat, constipation with bloody stools, mood swings, cravings, and even the reversed the skin fungus that had begun to cover my leg. I'm sure there's more - it raised my HDL! And it's delicious and filling. I never have to be hungry!
But I confess I also did the autoimmune protocol and nightshades were a problem, as are most dairy and overcooked eggs. Primal generally includes these. So I have my own version. But it's mostly animal/plant fat-based foods, meat and greens - and berries, nuts and a TINY bit of raw cheese now and then. Yes, I'm adding muscle and have lost 30 pounds (the first 20 were just quitting soda and candy before I found Primal). I have never felt better in my life and I really do owe Mark and his open-minded attitude about new research my health.
Mark is not afraid to say he was wrong about something, and he's not afraid to admit he just doesn't know. Respect.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
