I have lost about 10 pounds but keep losing and gaining the last 3-4 pounds over and over again. I want to move on. I have found that I have taken some of the places i used to frequent (like bakeries, chocolate stores) and put them on a "never again" list, but others on a "once in awhile" list. I am finding "once in awhile" does not work and am now officially moving those to a "never again" list. Sugar just really sets me off.
