I am constantly goin back and forth between paleo, vegan, no grain/grain, some dairy etc. I can't seem to find what works but I find that I work out so much and have very little results when I am not eating paleo. I am at a healthy weight now but really need to tone up. I know diet is key too and I would love to see the results of women out there who maybe come from the same place as me. I'm 5'6 110 pounds, so thin but my thighs are jiggly and my butt could use some work too. Any advice, any results to share and motivate me?
