    Women and results

    Primal Fuel
I am constantly goin back and forth between paleo, vegan, no grain/grain, some dairy etc. I can't seem to find what works but I find that I work out so much and have very little results when I am not eating paleo. I am at a healthy weight now but really need to tone up. I know diet is key too and I would love to see the results of women out there who maybe come from the same place as me. I'm 5'6 110 pounds, so thin but my thighs are jiggly and my butt could use some work too. Any advice, any results to share and motivate me?

Sounds like you need some muscle mass. Squats, deadlifts, pullups, pushups/bench press, etc.

If you're that skinny, jiggly thighs and butt is most likely genetics. Can't fight it.

Serious? I do hope you are joking.

Stick with grain free, lift weights and use coconut oil.

Stop changing things and pick something to stick with for a year. You won't see results overnight, but can see results if you let your body get accustomed to being well-nourished and work on building muscle.

Eating less isn't going to help. You need to eat consistently, do some heavy lifting to put on healthy muscle mass, and maybe deal with some body image issues since at 5'6" and 110 pounds, you are decidedly underweight.
