    If you go off the reservation and cross from role-play to ACTUAL COMBAT, and eat your enemies still-beating heart, then yes.
    (Check out "The Wild Hunt(2009)" as an example)

    Yes, but playing as Barbarian is more primal than Fighter. Bonus points for wielding a club and leather armor.

    I'd say yes.
    It's basically interactive story telling and I can definitely imagine our ancestors doing that.
