Cool! It's doesn't have to be super scientific (Shhh... don't tell Aaron I said that!). I figure the whole point of it is just to move more period, and having a specific goal just helps you get out the door in the morning.

I am back from Yosemite and so full of new knowledge and nerdy excitement! I totally missed my window for a picture for the week (yikes), but I will totally get one next week at the usual time.
The conference food supply was excellent for getting my paleo on. The buffet food was broken down neatly into components so I could pick and choose what went on my plate. I ate a ton of steak and strawberries and salad and steamed vegetables.
