Hi there, I'm struggling with being at my parents' house temporarily for the summer and some days portions of primal foods are just too small for me, and I'm getting energy lows. I need to up the fat. I have some coconut oil, so I figure a few extra Tbsps on the rougher days will help. But I don't just want to eat the oil on its own.

I enjoy spreading it on a piece dark lindt chocolate in the evenings as a sort of 'dessert'. I could just have an extra square or two of chocolate earlier in the day, and it probably wouldn't hurt me. But if people have any other creative ways of eating more coconut oil I would really appreciate the ideas!
