Typically I try to.
This time around, post wheat & booze fest also known as camping, I find myself unable to stomach the thought of food, and have a raging head cold... so not this month.

Hell, yes! Once I learned I burn more calories while I have my period, I started trying to pout as many active sessions in as possible. ANYTHING to burn stupid fat off. Plus, I fond it helps the whole woman-unwell symptoms. In my case, cramps, in particular are helped by high impact cardio.

When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.
Yes I have never missed a workout when I'm on my period. I'll occasionally get cramps but even that doesn't affect my performance. I just get bloated so I try to not to wear a sports bra alone
The lying dumbbell press is a great arm exercise for women. Not only do you get to lay down, but this exercise will truly make you feel the tricep muscle if you haven't felt it for a while!
Yeah. Just moving around in any form is generally better then sitting around. I get more of a back ache out of my period rather than cramps (sometimes get those too but not as often) and sitting around just makes me want a big bowl full of ibuprofen. If I just go for a walk its much better. And intense exercise is fine too.
Biologically speaking, what causes bloat?
Don't let anybody tell you, "You can't" just because they can't.
