Difficulty digesting fish
Every time I have fish, it feels like it stays in my stomach FOREVER. I get indigestion and I burp it for hours after eating it. I can eat red meat and chicken to my hearts content and never have an issue.
Why does that happen only when I eat fish? Does this mean that maybe I shouldn't eat fish?
What kind of fish are you eating, and does it come from a good source? I used to get terrible IBS when I ate cheap salmon.
Yes. Stop eating fish for several months before you try it again.
