    Have you tried the amino acid Taurine? This gives me a calming effect. I use this:

    Long Slow Cardio... shit cures it. As well as Magnesium before you go to sleep.

    Try getting a heavy bag and hitting it before your LSC (Long Slow Cardio) you'll be a Zen-Master.

    Make sure you get magnesium that is highly bioavailable and chelated like glycinate. There are also types you can drink if you prefer that as well.
