Frozen blueberries with heavy cream or greek yogurt.
If your body is willing, your mind can push it to do some amazing things.

New to primal. Have had issues with carb cravings! I see many have posted about eating dairy and fruit. I have allowed myself some greek yogurt in the am, that seemed to be in keeping with the diet, but have felt guilty about eating fruit. I am a runner and eat a banana with almond butter and some Greek yogurt on mornings before I run. What are your thoughts on fruit and dairy for that matter? Trying to get the hang of this! Thanks!
