So this post is supposed to do, what? Make us join you? Make us beg you to stay? Make us wonder about your lack of dedication and perseverance? I don't understand.
I have been following the PB diet with few exceptions (I've had some peanut butter) and I think I am going to bid adieu. In four days I have gained over two pounds and have had a low-grade migraine for three of the four days. I have been slowly but steadily been losing weight on my own for the past couple months and what's taking me two weeks to lose has come back in four days.

Well, from one of your previous posts:
Sounds like your problem was too much fruit and not enough fat.I am going to work on sticking to lean protein, veggies, and fruit - I think my biggest challenge will be cutting out sugar and grain so that's all I'm willing to commit to
And not nearly enough patience.
Well good luck out there in the real world. Keep it in mind that gluten is everywhere, everything is cooked in Canola & grains are hard to digest because they don't want to be eaten.
You're right and we're all wrong. Thanks for gracing us with your presence, if only momentarily. Bye.
Maybe you should go vegan.
Hahahahahahahahaha![]()

WWGD - What Would Grok Do?
It's called carb flu and it will pass if you just wait patiently for a few more days. Read up on it. The 2 lbs is water, it will disappear.
Please don't give up so easily. As marthat said, it's probably water and carb flu that are giving you the perceived problems.
Give it a few more days.
People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.
Also, this is not a weight loss diet. It's a healthy way of eating, which can cause weight gain just like any other way of eating.
