So is this stuff safe? I've been using it for a day now and I've read some stuff about it not being good.

Also does this just make something less painful or does it actually help cure say something like tendonitis?

Can't say anything scientific about Voltaren. I used it several times with no results.

Just recently I discovered a cheap Arnica gel at the drugstore, and this stuff works. Pain goes away almost immediately (at least for me and DH). Might be a more primal alternative to try!
