Sprinters - Has anyone else been doing the 10-20-30 workout?

I've been doing it for three weeks now and I enjoy the workout.
I push each sprint to really get the heart rate up.

So how does that work in reality:
10 secs sprinting
20 secs jogging
30 secs fast walking
no jogging for me. I have been pushing each sprint. I run slower on the 30 second then the 10 second, but I am feeling the same loss of breath and high heart rate when I am done.
I walk the 2 minutes to get my heart rate down then run again. Right now I am doing two sets.
