    Need some help!

    Primal Fuel
So I'm a former college soccer player, still play for recreation, love the competitive feeling! I'm currently 21 days into my whole30 and I feel like I have ridiculous energy in the gym.... I'm looking for some advice on what else I can do. I think it's pretty cool though when I'm doing a Crossfit workout in my "normal" gym and people want to know what I'm training for. Here's an example of a typical workout. Ps I'm 26f, 5'1, 110. Not looking to lose weight, just keeping tone

    - light jog a mile or 2, 4-5 sprints on treadmill at 11.0 (not the same as running outdoors, I know)
    - 12 plyo jumps, 15elevated pushups, 15 balance squats, 15 db swings- all x4
    - 30-40 sec planks, spidermans, toes to bar x5

Granted I am beat after these workouts, but I feel like I can keep going and going.... What else can I do? Olympic lifts aren't my thing, but willing to try.

    Thanks guys

You're missing pulling movements. (Depending on your ability) Pull-ups, bent rows...adding some kind of vertical and horizontal pulls would balance out all the pushing.

And some general heavy lifting would be good - maybe start each session with a lift (deadlift, squat, bench or oh press)?

I've been doing pull ups using the smith machine legs out vertical, butt on floor, pulling up.... But benching and oh press might be a nice change too. Thanks for the suggestions! You guys are great

Yes yes, inverted rows are what I've been doing. I miss doing them on the rings though. Those were a personal fave.

Wanderlust, army wife, though I don't love that title. I do a lot more than that husband is currently a capt in a-stan overseeing convoys. Hopefully he'll be home in the late fall. I miss my workout buddy!

We'll hit up the deadies, squats, and presses when I get back. I think you will be able to get some kipping pull-ups in too. I'll be home soon
