Had tea with a friend the other day. She told me that a mutual acquaintance I had bumped into after not seeing her in a couple of years told her (my friend) that I looked so great and healthy that she almost didn't recognize me. What's funny is that I look more like young me now than I did two years ago, so people I haven't seen since I was 20 are more likely to recognize me than more recent acquaintances.

I have two goals for this summer: 1) do at least one unassisted pull-up, 2) do a unassisted handstand for at least 5 seconds....last night I did two unassisted pull-ups!!! Still working on the hand-stand, I can do an unassisted head stand pretty easy now....so soon, I can feel it![]()

Competed in my first ever track/field meet last weekend. Ran the 100m dash, threw the discus, hammer, and weight(35lbs). Had a fricking great time and felt Super Primal doing it. Next meet in 2 weeks to better my times/throws:-) Free your mind, and your Grok will follow!
Got whistled at by some random creepy guy on my walk to the bus yesterday. Mostly didn't bother me because I was feeling good in my skirt![]()
Ran the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay and wasn't even sore the next day. Then rewarded myself by going clothes shopping. I bought single digit sized jeans for the first time since middle school. 7/8 (US size) jeans fit nicely!
